​Here’s a list of essential hygiene items that inmates need, along with the types that are most useful.

 Toothbrush and Toothpaste

 Toothbrushes: Unopened, individually packaged.
 Toothpaste: Full-sized or travel-sized tubes (new, unopened).

Bar Soap and Body Wash


 Bar Soap: Individually wrapped bars. Hypoallergenic or unscented options are also appreciated
for those with sensitive skin.
 Body Wash: Travel-sized or full-sized bottles.

Shampoo and Conditioner

 Shampoo: Travel-sized or regular bottles. Unscented or hypoallergenic options for medical
needs.
 Conditioner: Optional but appreciated for certain inmates.

Feminine Hygiene Products

 Sanitary Napkins: Regular or heavy flow. Individually wrapped.
 Tampons: Regular or super absorbency.

Deodorant

 Stick or Roll-On Deodorant: Non-aerosol types only. Travel-sized or regular.

Disposable Razors and Shaving Cream

 Razors: Single-use, disposable razors (packaged).
 Shaving Cream: Small or medium-sized containers.
